In the business world, 10x has become a beacon of success. It urges leaders to set goals that transcend conventional limits by a factor of 10 and align actions and beliefs with aspirations of monumental proportions.

Over decades of coaching and mentoring heart-based CEOs, presidents and leaders, I’ve seen that the real 10x journey isn’t just about business or productivity. It’s about 10xLeading and 10xLiving — a harmony between how you lead and how fully alive you are while you are leading.

Heart-based leaders rely on their inner voice for wisdom. They intuitively navigate uncertainty and challenge by listening to their gut, connecting to their heart and then using their mind and intellect to take action.

When external conditions shift and the world throws something at them that they cannot control, they don’t just power through on willpower. They pause, observe what their intuitive gut is sensing, listen to their heart for direction and then let their mind design extraordinary mindsets and behaviors.

This inner guidance is an innate intuitive intelligence. It’s like an internal GPS or compass that every one of us has, yet most of us were never formally trained to use it.

In my peer advisory groups, I’ve watched leaders discover this 10x energy by revisiting defining moments in their lives. This wisdom shows up when you learn how to settle your soul, sit still, breathe and listen within. When you allow the download and then act on it with a brave will, it becomes part of every defining moment of your life — past, present and future.

Over time, this becomes addictive in the best way. You start to crave the experience of downloading wisdom and acting upon it. You build rituals — breathing, journaling, quiet reflection — that help you settle in the seat of your soul and listen. And the more you act on that wisdom, the more you see 10x results. You 10x your thinking. You 10x your culture. You 10x your strategic initiatives and your teams. Most importantly, you 10x your leadership and your life.
