For over 25 years, Fitz has been in the room where hard decisions get made — mentoring CEOs and senior leaders across industries and continents. She's chaired peer advisory boards for 17 years, trained Vistage speakers for over a decade, and written 8 books along the way.
But the numbers aren't the story. The story is what she found underneath all of it: that the leaders who make real impact are the ones who've learned to lead from their innate intuitive intelligence — the inner knowing every one of us carries.
